Chocolate Chunk Brownies

I love brownies.  That ooey, gooey, fudgey, can eat the whole pan with vanilla ice cream type.  They have to be soft and chewy and THICK!!!!  This recipe delivers all that and some extra chocolate chunks to just complete the process.  Enjoy!!!

1 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup (or more to your liking) of chopped chocolate


Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 8x8 pan.  Line with a strip of parchment paper creating a sling to ease removal of brownies.

Combine flour through salt in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter with wooden spoon and add vanilla and eggs.  Stir by hand till combined and no lumps are left.  Add in chopped chocolate.
Pour into pan and spread evenly.  Bake for 50 minutes
