Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread

This is totally from Trader Joe’s.  I was in there and they were giving away free samples. I had to try it.  It was so good, I immediately went and picked up everything I needed to make this.  I baked it in a Pullman pan so the sides were straight and added a crumb topping. I got so excited when I pulled it out of the pan, it was a thing of beauty.   When it cooled I drizzled a glaze made of maple butter and powdered sugar.  Soooo Good!!!!!  If you get a chance to pick this up at Trader Joe’s, give it a try you won’t be disappointed.








Crumb Topping

4 tablespoons of butter melted
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Combine together and add to top of loaf in pan.
